Another experimental sound-scape with ghostly voices and chattering electro-babble this time.
I wonder if I need to define some kind of aesthetic for myself as this one certainly didn’t end up as planned. It turned into a bit of a suspense/thriller sound-track when I set out for beautiful, peaceful, meditative inner space
The voices were recorded on my iPhone in Nando’s and slowed down around eight times. There is also a single pulsing note from Ableton that sounds like a voice.
I was interested to hear how some of the background conversation in Nando’s sounds rather like guitar feedback in when you slow it down!
I was in two minds as to whether to post this one. I’m not altogether happy with it but I do learn more with each attempt. Next time I will concentrate on warm, uplifting and calming!

A quicker copy post for your interest. My friend MW who is a very creditable guitar player has been hanging with the ambients and making some very good original noises. Tune in a throw a ‘like’ his way
Thank you A4. Praise indeed
Your unconscious must have rebelled against what your conscious planned! B
Oops, didn’t mean to send that just yet! I was going to add – but sometimes following the whim of the unexpected takes us to interesting places, so it’s often worth it!
Thank you Leigh. You are very reassuring
I think you’re being too hard on yourself…I find this quite peaceful!
Thanks
New one in the pipeline. Hoping to finish and post it tomorrow or day after…
